Defended my PhD thesis titled as "In-situ polarized piezoelectric fluoropolymer films developed as sensors and energy harvesters for self-powered systems" at Department of Metallurgical Engineering and Materials Science, IIT Bombay, Mumbai-400076, India.

October 2023

The Article "Piezoelectric properties of noncovalently functionalized 2D nanomaterials incorporated poly(vinylidene fluoride) nanocomposites" was published in the Journal of Applied Polymer Science. (doi.org/10.1002/app.54814) 

May 2023 

I have secured 2nd Prize in the 3MT(Minutes Thesis) competition organized by Material Advantage IIT Bombay chapter, at the Department of Metallurgical Engineering and Materials Science, IIT Bombay on 29th May 2023.

Oct 2022

I have won the best Poster award at "International conference on smart materials for sustainable technology – II", held at IIT Bombay(October 13th -16th 2022).

Dec 2018

I have been awarded the "Mitacs Globalink Research Award" grant to travel to Canada and carry out research project as a summer exchange student at Simon Fraser University, Vancouver, Canada, for three months.
